Acceptance
By accessing or using REVHUNTS, you agree to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
The service
REVHUNTS produces short-term-rental deal verdicts from live research and underwriting math. Verdicts are estimates and decision support, not financial, legal, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own due diligence before acting on any deal.
Acceptable use
- Don't resell, scrape, or redistribute outputs without permission.
- Don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Only submit information you have the right to submit.
Accounts
Access is by email sign-in. Keep your inbox secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions & auto-renewal
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize us, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your payment method each billing period. Plan prices are shown on the pricing page before you subscribe.
Free trial
New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial capped at 5 analyses. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your plan converts to a paid monthly subscription automatically and your card is charged the plan price. You can cancel any time during the trial at no charge.
Credits
Plans include a monthly allotment of analysis credits (1 credit = 1 deal analysis; a Deep STRfax uses 15). Credits reset each billing period and don't roll over. Additional credit packs can be purchased in-app and are used after your monthly allotment.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel any time in one click from your account's billing portal — no email or phone call required. On cancellation you keep access through the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, REVHUNTS is not liable for decisions made based on its verdicts, nor for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
