Refund & Cancellation Policy
How billing, cancellation, and refunds work.

Free trial
New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial (capped at 5 analyses). You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. If you don't cancel, the plan converts to a paid monthly subscription and your card is charged the plan price.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time, in one click, from your account's billing portal — no email or phone call needed. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, because access and analysis credits are made available immediately. If you were charged in error or believe there's a billing problem, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
Credit packs
One-time credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, as the credits are added to your account immediately. Unused plan credits reset each billing period and do not roll over.
