How REVHUNTS collects, uses, and protects your information.

What we collect
Account & contact info: the email address you sign in with, used to authenticate you and attribute the searches you run.
Search inputs: the property addresses and deal details (beds, baths, rent, concessions, etc.) you submit to generate a verdict.
Usage data: standard log data such as timestamps and which features you use, to operate and improve the service.
How we use it
- To run your research and return a verdict, and to deliver PDF reports.
- To cache recent results so a repeat search doesn't re-run unnecessarily.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, and provide support.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with infrastructure providers that power the product (hosting, email delivery, and data storage) under their respective terms, and when required by law.
Data retention
Search records are retained to power dedup and your deal pipeline. You can request deletion of your account and associated searches at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email us and we'll action it promptly.
Payments
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We don't store your card details — Stripe handles them under its own terms and PCI compliance.
California privacy (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. California residents may request to know, access, correct, or delete their personal information and won't be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email privacy@revarity.com.
Email & marketing
We send account and transactional emails (sign-in links, billing notices). You may also receive product and marketing emails; every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address, and we honor opt-outs promptly (CAN-SPAM).
